You don’t need to have it all together. When things feel intense, confusing, or harder than you expected, I’ll help you stay with what’s actually happening without losing yourself or each other.

Most sessions don’t start with a big, perfect plan. They start with talking. Sometimes rambling. Sometimes laughing. Sometimes saying, “I don’t even know where to begin.” That’s completely okay. We’ll find our way together.

I’ll show up for you the way I would for someone I care about with warmth, presence, and genuine investment. I won’t rush you or try to clean things up too quickly. When something feels heavy, confusing, or hard to name, I’ll help you stay with it long enough to understand what’s really going on. You don’t have to impress me or get the words right. You can just be honest.

When life feels overwhelming and anxiety, grief, or relationship stress start piling up, I’ll help you slow things down and get your footing again, especially when self-doubt or comparison start running the show.
I love working with couples, and I’m especially good at helping people keep talking when emotions start pulling conversations off track. When someone shuts down, reacts quickly, or feels misunderstood, we don’t skip past it or pretend it didn’t happen. We stay with those moments together. That’s usually where things start to change.
Sessions with me are calm, conversational, and real. There’s room for feelings, curiosity, laughter, and the small shifts that don’t look dramatic but end up making a real difference. You don’t need to have it all figured out. I’ve got you, and we’ll take it one step at a time.

What I’ve learned is that emotions aren’t random. They show up where something matters.

health-clinic-2

I recognize emotional struggle quickly, even when people aren’t sure how to talk about it yet. I’ve spent a long time close to people and emotions that didn’t follow a predictable pattern, and that has shaped how I show up with others now.

People tend to feel comfortable pretty quickly with me, like they don’t have to hold everything together or worry about managing my reactions. That matters to me. You don’t need to perform here or have the right words. I’ll meet you where you are, and we’ll take the next steps together.

Outside the office, I love baking just for fun, getting outside whenever I can, and snowboarding. I’m at my best when I’m connected, laughing, and spending time with people I care about. I also spend a lot of time with my cats, who are very good at reminding me to slow down and not take life quite so seriously.

If this feels like the kind of support you’ve been looking for, I’d love to work with you.
