How do we do it?
Individual counseling at Family Strong centers on helping you identify the patterns of anxiety, anger, depression and other symptoms of distress you’re experiencing so that you can face your struggles, become wholehearted and embrace real, lasting joy. We do this by getting right to the heart of the matter and help you learn to tap into your innate abilities to achieve, heal, cope and self-soothe. Enhancing closeness, connection and vulnerability with yourself and others not only creates natural feelings of peace, love and wholeness but also helps you heal past wounds, overcome current struggles and move out of stuckness. Our therapists have specialized training in a variety of effective approaches to individual counseling including Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) among others.
