When the emotions feel tangled or heavy, I’ll help you name them, understand them, and move toward the closeness you’ve been longing for.
There may be moments when you feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure how to make sense of what is happening inside you. You might be holding emotions you have not had time to name or experiencing tension in your relationships that leaves you feeling alone or misunderstood. If you are longing for clarity or a steadier way to move through difficult moments, I offer a grounded place to begin.
When my clients are struggling with confusing emotions or patterns that keep pulling them off course, I help them slow down, make sense of what they are feeling, and find a steadier way forward. Together, we pay attention to the emotional cues that often get missed in the busyness of everyday life, a pause, a shift in tone, or a quiet ache beneath the surface. These moments help us understand what matters most and how to move forward with greater clarity and care.
My presence is steady and warm, and I pay close attention to what matters most in the room. Clients can expect a calm pace that honors their emotional experience while still keeping us oriented toward growth and change. Many clients tell me they appreciate the way I stay with them in difficult places while also helping them move forward.

The way I work is shaped not only by my training, but by the life I’ve lived, the relationships that matter most to me, and a deep respect for meaning, growth, and grace.
My path into this work began with a lifelong interest in the quiet ways people communicate. Over the years, I have walked through my own seasons of joy and loss, and those experiences shape the way I show up with clients. I understand how family, faith, and resilience weave together and how powerful it is to feel genuinely seen. These experiences taught me that healing does not begin with a quick solution. It begins with presence.
I value steadiness, honesty, and the courage it takes to face emotional pain. My work blends my clinical training with lived experience as a wife and parent. I believe people grow deepest when they are supported with compassion and grounded guidance.
Outside the therapy room, I spend time camping with my family, supporting my sons in their activities, crocheting, practicing Pilates, and walking our Goldendoodles. I appreciate slow mornings, meaningful conversation, and the small moments that help me return to my work with gratitude.
If you’re longing for clarity and closer connection, let’s start a conversation and see where it leads.
