People often come to me when something in their life or family has shifted and they are trying to make sense of it. A child who used to be easygoing becomes anxious or withdrawn. A teen stops opening up. An adult realizes they are carrying more than anyone can see. These moments can feel heavy and confusing, especially when you have already tried so much on your own.
I offer a steady place to talk honestly and understand what is happening beneath the surface. Together we sort through the patterns and emotions shaping your experience, then build practical steps that bring more clarity, connection, and confidence.
I work with kids, teens, adults, couples, and families, and I tailor my approach to what feels most helpful for each client. My work is informed by Emotionally Focused Therapy and client-centered, humanistic traditions, with attention to emotions, patterns, and practical ways to build clarity and connection. The focus is on supporting growth in a way that fits you, rather than applying a rigid process.

A Place of clarity is ofter closer than you think. I’ll help you get there.
I grew up in a home where conversations about emotions and relationships were part of everyday life—both of my parents are therapists. Even so, I didn’t expect to become one myself. I worked in digital communication until a period of burnout pushed me to reassess my direction. It was a difficult turning point, but it showed me how powerful it is to have someone walk with you while you figure out what needs to change. That experience continues to guide the way I sit with clients.
People often describe me as calm, approachable, and grounded. I ask thoughtful questions, take my time, and work collaboratively. I bring curiosity, a bit of humor, and a consistent presence to the room. My goal is simple: to understand your world with you and help you move toward a life that feels steadier and more connected.
Away from the therapy room, I’m often coaching, playing sports, or volunteering in my kids’ school. Being with them keeps me sane, and the experiences I have as a parent and mentor naturally influence the way I support kids, teens, and families in therapy.
